    In these amazingly creative classes, student's will learn about color, texture, and line using a variety of mediums including paper, photography, fabric, and other recycled materials. Taught by Rebecca Ogden, student's will be guided through exciting projects while having a blast learning new techniques and materials.

    $30 per child for one workshop before event
    $35 per child day of event (if there’s space)
    $75 for all three workshops!
    Space is limited, so please register early.

    In this fun workshop, children ages 5-9 can come dressed in their PJs to the Center of Expressive Arts to go on a fun and magical yoga journey. Through imaginative stories and games kids will learn yoga poses and breathing and relaxation techniques. We will also create some amazing art to take home! Parents can drop their child off at the Center and have a fun night of their own-- knowing their child is safe and having a great time! Kids will leave the workshop feeling happy, peaceful, and ready for bed!

    The workshop will be taught by Barbara Fisher, MS, mother of 2 and yoga teacher since 2005. She is a certified Kids Yoga Teacher through Rainbow Kids Yoga.

    In this class you can expect a fun, relaxed atmosphere where parents and kids can let the stresses of life ease away by laughing and playing together. We will interweave fun stories, songs, games and poses in this active and upbeat class, and of course enjoy some wonderful relaxation at the end! Bring your family and your sense of fun!

    Group Yoga for ages 13 and up
    Sundays 5-6:30
    Deepen your experience of yoga by practicing in community and support kids yoga! In this fun class we will create group yoga formations and movements and incorporate partner yoga, dance, yoga games and Thai massage. All levels welcome. 3 months of yoga experience recommended, but not required. Participants should have no significant therapy issues.
